Dr. Majd Karazoun is a senior executive within the ATS Group, bringing over 16 years of experience in healthcare management, operations, and business leadership.
She holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Management from the University of Atlanta and is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) in the UAE.
As Managing Director of ATS Medical, Dr. Karazoun has led the delivery of high-quality medical supplies across the region, building trusted partnerships through disciplined operations and structured procurement practices.
In her role overseeing ATS Best Food, Dr. Karazoun applies the same operational rigor and supply discipline that define the ATS Group. Her leadership ensures that sourcing, storage, compliance, and distribution processes meet the standards expected of a company operating in regulated and high-responsibility industries.
Her combined experience in healthcare and business management reinforces ATS Best Food’s commitment to quality, reliability, and structured growth across the GCC.

Mariia Kuznetsova leads ATS Best Food, the dry food commodities arm of ATS Group, supplying rice, sugar, edible oils, and spices to HORECA, catering, retail, and bulk buyers across the UAE and GCC. She drives the project end to end, from multi-origin sourcing across India, Pakistan, CIS, and Europe to pricing, logistics, and commercial rollout, with a focus on supply consistency and fast-turnaround distribution in a volatile global market.
Mariia brings over a decade of operational and commercial experience in the UAE, including sales and marketing leadership in Dubai’s aviation and hospitality sectors.
